What we do with your details.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, the budget range you pick, and whatever you write in the message. Your website too, if you choose to add it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to arrange a call, and to deliver work you have asked for. Nothing else.
We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How we contact you
We reply by email. If you gave us a phone number, we may call it about your enquiry, dialled by a person.
We do not send marketing texts, and we do not use automated or recorded calling. If you would rather we did not phone at all, say so in the message and we will not.
Where it is kept
In scheduling, workflow automation and cloud storage tools we use to run the business. Access is limited to the people who run Surdge and to service providers bound by confidentiality.
The email we send you carries a link to a scheduling tool run by another company. If you use it to pick a time, that tool collects your name, email and time zone under its own privacy policy, not this one.
Counting visits
We count how many people open each page, using a tool that sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites.
What it records is which page was opened, roughly which country it was opened from, and what kind of device. Nothing that identifies you personally, and nothing tied to the contact form.
That is also why this site has no cookie banner. There is nothing to agree to.
Removing your details
Ask, and we will delete them. No process, no form, no waiting period beyond the time it takes to do it.
